In traffic, you can ask for forgiveness if you do something dumb, as long as it doesn’t really put anybody’s safety at risk. You could cut somebody off, or not indicate while changing lanes and others may honk their horn and not think very highly of you, but you won’t really be judged too harshly, because there are lots of people doing mindless driving, and people have included it into their daily routine.
