Interesting Kickstarter Project: An RC Car-Quadcopter Called "B" [w/Video]

There’s just something fascinating about RC vehicles, which makes people of all ages spend a lot of money on what some would dismiss as mere toys. Well they are toys, but not in a childish way, as some like the “B” car-quadcopter are quite serious and advanced machines.

Currently in its Kickstarter project phase, “B” is the brainchild of a UK-based product designer called Witold Mielniczek who is very close towards reaching his goal of raising $131,500 (€100,800) – the sum he deems necessary to get things going.

With only a week left before its official presentation, information and images of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class continue to leak on the Internet. Following the official interior photos of the new flagship sedan, the prototypes caught on video at Mercedes’ plant and the leaked photo showing the front end of the car, we now get to see a new and different kind of set of images with the all-new S-Class.

The photo gallery was posted on a French forum dedicated to miniature models, so the S-Class you see in the images is a 1:18 scale model. However, since these die-cast models must replicate the real car  in detail, we can safely say we are looking at the 2014 S-Class.

Check Out Toyota's Incredible Collection of Realistic 1:5 Scale Models

For us gearheads with hollow pockets and empty back accounts, amassing a collection of real life cars is nigh impossible, which probably explains why the scale model industry is thriving.

Now, there are scale models and there are scale models for individuals, and then there are the specialty car replicas made by automakers for their eyes alone. However, once in a very, very rare while, some companies share their secret creations for a limited time with the public, as is the case with Toyota.

In celebration of the brand's 75th anniversary, Toyota is displaying no less than 50 one-fifth scale creations at the Toyota Automobile Museum in Nagakute city, Aichi prefecture until May 6.

Hot Wheels Elite's Limited Edition K.I.T.T. Rolls Out Just in Time for the Holiday Season

One of the most popular icons of the decade that brought us big hairdos and even bigger shoulder pads was K.I.T.T., short for "Knight Industries Two Thousand".

It was the car of Michael Knight, played by Germany's favorite son, David Hasselhoff, in the original action-adventure television series, 'Knight Rider'. K.I.T.T. was a blacked out, heavily customized and highly intelligent version [pun intended] of the 1982 Pontiac Trans-Am.
