Welcome to another edition of dash-cam goodness from, well, to be honest, we couldn't make out the license plates or read the road signs, but for what it's worth, the footage appears to have been shot in Russia, Ukraine or in one of the surrounding countries to the east of Europe.
We're not sure how this incident escalated, as what we see is the dash-cam equipped car overtaking the black sedan on the right and then all of a sudden, it moves to the center – either because the driver tried to block the other vehicle or because he was nudged.
