Renault Unsure About Making an RS-Badged Electric Car


We’ve seen what a powerful electric vehicle can do, both on the road and on the track. A battery-powered model carries more weight than a conventional petrol- or diesel-powered alternative, but it has a simplified drivetrain and instant torque, so it does have its advantages.

While Renault Sport is interested in adding an EV to their sporty lineup, it doesn't seem ready yet, according to a report from CarAdvice, which spoke to the brand's motorsport technical manager, Francois Champod.
