Real life Fast and Furious-style gatherings and street races are nothing new and in fact, it’s probably wrong to use that term as they precede the fictitious movie franchise by several decades.
Cops making their appearance to disband these gatherings and even arrest hoons when they break the law, is just part of the cat and mouse game that goes on between officers and racers.
