It doesn't take a nuclear scientist to figure out that you're going to get stuck if you walk on hot tarmac, yet despite all the warning signs, dozens of pedestrians tried to cross a freshly paved road in Russia (according to the YouTube poster).
As you can imagine, the road quickly become decorated with all sorts of shoes as pedestrians ignored the danger.
