Autocar Gets the Keys to Bertone's Aston Martin Jet 2+2 Shooting Brake

Two of the current coolest fast-estates are solely one-offs, with neither getting the official confirmation for production, despite looking very promising. I am talking about the Aston Martin Jet 2+2 shooting brake and Porsche's Panamera Sports Turismo concept. Read more »

Aston Martin CC100 Speedster Sounds Like All Hell Broke Loose

The Aston Martin CC100 Speedster was on display at the Villa d’Este Concorso d’Eleganza this past weekend, where visitors had the chance not only to admire its stunning looks, but also to hear the roar of its 6.0-liter V12 engine - and capture it on film so the rest of us can admire it as well. This Is It: Aston’s One-Off CC100 Centenary Special [w/Video]

Aston Martin has lifted the veil off its CC100 Speedster concept car that marks the company’s 100th birthday. The CC100 Speedster, which stands for Concept Car 100 years, is also a tribute to the Le Mans-winning 1959 Aston Martin DBR1 racecar, from which it adopts the classic two-seat speedster shape.

Built on the platform of the V12 Vantage, the CC100 can also be considered a tribute to Aston’s smallest V12 model that will soon be discontinued. Last but not least, Aston Martin says the study hints at potential future design direction.

Aston Martin's CC100 Speedster Concept Scooped at the Nurburgring

Following yesterday’s teaser video of the concept car Aston Martin will reveal on May 19 at the Nürburgring, the first photos of the car surfaced on the Internet. Taken by a Spanish journalist from Motorpasion, the photos show only the rear end of the DBR1-inspired concept – enough to make us want to see more. Read more »

Aston Martin Teases "Very Special Concept" to Be Revealed on May 19

This year, Aston Martin is celebrating a century since the company was founded, so it is only natural that the automaker has something special in store for us. It might as well be this “very special concept” that the company mentions in a short video on its official YouTube account.

Called “Aston Martin - Past, Present, Future - 19th May 2013”, the 26-second video debuts with some pictures of the legendary Aston Martin DBR1, the car that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1959.

Aston Martin Sends Hydrogen-Burning Rapide S to Racing!

Aston Martin and Alset Global, a technology and engineering company founded in 2005, have announced that they will be entering an Aston Martin Rapide S into the Nürburgring 24 Hours endurance race, which takes place May 19-20.

The car they will be using is a prototype, and it features a twin-turbo system, in addition to the fact that it can also burn both hydrogen and gasoline (in tandem or separately). The company whose name is "Tesla" spelt backwards says it plans to complete the first ever zero-emissions hydrogen-powered lap of the 'Ring, and "make history."

Bertone Makes a One-Off Shooting Brake Model Out of the Aston Martin Rapide

One very lucky (and wealthy…) Aston Martin collector from Britain will soon get his hands on a one-off, shooting brake version of the Rapide sports sedan named the Jet 2+2, which was made by Bertone, but not before the Italian coachbuilder reveals the car to the public at next week's 83rd Geneva International Auto Show. What do You Think About the Aston Martin Vanish CUV Design Concept?

From the moment Aston Martin did the unthinkable by placing its name and badges on the Toyota iQ (Scion in North America) city car to build the Cygnet, just about anything goes when it comes to imagining future products for the British brand.

One of the more interesting projects we have seen lately comes to us from a first year Automotive and Transport Design student at the Coventry University, identified under the alias 'Mcflurry1992'.

Aston Martin Previews New DBS with AM310 Concept at Concorso d'Eleganza [Videos]

One of the surprise debutants of the 2012 edition of the Concorso d'Eleganza, which took place in Lake Como in northern Italy this weekend, is the Aston Martin Project AM310 Concept.

Mind you, this is not one of your run-of-the-mill concept studies but a pre-production version of the DBS replacement that will make its debut later this year before it goes on sale worldwide in early 2013.

With the exception of the two-tone alloy wheels and the visible carbon fiber aero kit and mirrors, this is the same car we showed you a couple of day ago testing on the Nürburgring.

The styling of the DBS replacement has been freshened up in a revolutionary kind of way with design cues from the One-77, especially in the profile with the sharper and more pronounced front and rear fenders, and the use of chrome on the window line, as well as the rounded rear with the stretched 'C' shaped tail lamps.

Aston Martin V8 Vantage Design Concept by Narcis Mares is Simplistically Beautiful

Some designers like their cars to be complex and overly aggressive in their details while others prefer to keep things sleek and simple.

This Aston Martin V8 Vantage concept, which was sent to Carscoop by independent designer Narcis Mares, is one of those cars we would personally catalogue in the second group.

Mares says he drew his inspiration from several Aston Martins ranging from the British brand's brutish 1980s models to the more contemporary V12 Vanquish and V8 Vantage coupes, though we must say that we also see a hint of BMW Z4 on the supercar concept's profile.
