Mexican Supercar Vuhl 05 Revealed in London Today


The name may sound German to most, but the new Vuhl 05 that was revealed to a special audience at the Royal Automobile Club in London, UK, for the very first time today, is in fact the creation of a Mexican based company, the name of which is pronounced ‘vool’ and stands for Vehicles of Ultra High-performance and Lightweight. VŪHL Releases New Photos of its 05 Supercar, Announces Michelin as Tyre Supplier


Following the first teaser photo of the VŪHL 05 lightweight supercar, VŪHL Automotive has released two new images of the car being tested at a secret location. The startup company has also confirmed that it has entered into a technical support arrangement with Michelin, which will support the VŪHL 05 global public debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed on July 11-14, 2013. VUHL Startup to Reveal New Lightweight Supercar at Goodwood Festival of Speed


VŪHL is a newly found company which says it's into making high-tech lightweight supercars. The name stands for "Vehicles of Ultra-Lightweight and High-Performance", and that's exactly what they plan to do.

Still shrouded in secrecy, they have announced that they will debut their first ever car, the VŪHL 05, at the 2013 edition of the Goodwood Festival of Speed, which is set to take place between July 11 and 14. The car is the brainchild of two brothers, Iker and Guillermo Echeverria, who own a Mexican-American design agency called Etxe.
