How Fuzzy-Wuzzy: Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano in a Velvet Wrap

By definition, all Ferrari models easily stand out in a sea of conventional, mundane-looking cars on the road, but some exotics proudly featuring the Prancing Horse badge on their hood are more eye-catching than others are - albeit not always for the right reasons. Read more »

12-Year Old Kid Buys 3 Ferrari Models After Selling App to Google, But Is It True?

Here's the thing with the story you're about to read and watch: we don't know if we're supposed to feel amazed, jealous or suspicious. To sum it up, the super- and sports-car loving crew over at FGear.TV on YouTube, posted a video interview of a 12-year old kid, likely from the UK judging by his accent, who currently owns not one, not two but three Ferrari models. If true, it would make him the youngest owner of Maranello's creations in the world that we've heard about.

The video description reads: "We met up again with 12 year old Callum who purchased a Ferrari when he was 10. Now, he has 3 Ferrari's including a 458 and a 599GTO and soon to be a star in a documentary series."

Chris Harris Sells Ferrari 599 Because it Was Too Expensive to Run and Maintain

Chris Harris seemed plenty chuffed last year when he bought his very own second-hand 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB. You may remember him making the argument for buying the car, and how 599s were plentiful and had come down in price – if your memory acting up, see the video below. However, Mr. Harris has now been faced with the brutish reality of actually owning one, and has sold the car.

In a posting on Pistonheads, he said it is a case of overestimating one’s financial power and underestimating the running and maintenance costs associated with a car like the 599.

Chris Harris Trades in His Personal Porsche for a Used a Ferrari 599 GTB

It's no secret that Ferrari has banned auto journalist Chris Harris from driving its press cars after a rant back in 2011 where he revealed, among other things, that the Italian company "custom-tunes" its vehicles for track tests and media purposes.

However, just because Harris is pissed off with the way Ferrari's people try to manipulate the motoring press doesn't mean he has a beef with Maranello's cars – at least not with the regular models.

If Ronald McDonald had a Car, EE-I-EE-I-O…

Among the many perks of buying a Ferrari, is the ability to mix and match colors from a wide range of tones for both the exterior and interior of the Italian automaker's supercars.

Still, entrusting customers to make their own colorful selections isn't always the best idea, as this customized Ferrari 599 GTB clearly proves.

Kahn Design-Fettled Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano

The car you see in these head-twisting photos is a Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano prepped by UK-based tuner Kahn Design.

According to the company, the "Kahn touch" comes via the addition of front and rear sections (which to be honest, we are having a hard time making out from these images), ceramic brakes, wing shields (we are not sure what the tuner means by this), an upgraded F1 gearbox and yellow brake calipers.

EVO Compares New Ferrari F12berlinetta to 599 GTO

By now, you’ve probably read almost everything there is to know about the Ferrari F12berlinetta. Just four days ago, we also brought you the first two video reviews.

This time, Evo magazine has driven the fastest and most prancing horse ever - at least until the Enzo successor comes along later this year. Nothing to make a big fuss about, surely, since most leading publications will sample Maranello’s latest and, arguably, best supercar.

Fatal Accident with Ferrari 599 GTO Leaves Three Dead in Singapore, Sparks Anti-Foreign Sentiment

A horrific accident that took place in Singapore this past Saturday leaving three people dead and two seriously injured has fueled an outrage in the country.

The crash was captured on film by a vehicle that was not involved in the incident. The video footage shows a blue Hyundai Sonata taxicab pulling ahead a couple of seconds after the green light goes on.
