Evoque Convertible Won't Be Made, Instead May Get a Panoramic Roof That Opens

New Range Rover Evoque Sicilian Yellow Limited Edition Model


Set to make its world premiere at Europe's first motor show of the year in Brussels ahead of a market launch in May is a new limited edition version of Range Rover's popular Evoque compact SUV, named the Sicilian Yellow.

Based on the 2013 Evoque Dynamic Plus and available in both three- and five-door body styles, the limited edition sports a number of bespoke features starting with a choice of two unique to this model color schemes.

Kahn Design's Lamborghini Green Pearl RS250 Range Rover Evoque


If it's attention you seek on the road, nothing says "look at me" more than a lime green finish for your ride, which in Kahn Design's case, is said to be a green pearl shade borrowed directly from Lamborghini's color palette.

Besides the eye-catching exterior color that's accentuated by the gloss black roof and center section of the bonnet, Kahn's Range Rover Evoque RS250 includes all the usual styling goods we've come to expect from the British tuner such as an aero kit with new bumpers, side sills, wheel arch extensions, spoilers, and a unique grille.

Badass Range Rover Evoque Desert Warrior 3 Powered by BMW Diesel [w/Video]


This is RaBe Race Car's Desert Warrior 3 (DW3), an off-road racer loosely based on the Range Rover Evoque, designed to compete first in the 2013 FIA Off Road Rally Championship and then in 2014 Dakar Rally.

Even though it uses a modified version of the regular Evoque's body, the Desert Warrior 3 relies on a BMW-sourced, 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six diesel engine producing 271hp (275PS) and 850 Nm (627 lb-ft) of peak torque in standard guise and up to 345hp (350PS) when unrestricted, for its motivation.

Land Rover Mulling a Smaller Crossover than the Evoque


There’s no denying that the Evoque, the most compact model ever to wear the Range Rover badge, has been a smash hit for the company, having sold more than 90,000 units since its launch last year.

In fact, JATO Dymanics reports that European sales of the Evoque, which is available as a three- and five-door, were 27,685 vehicles in the first half of 2012; that’s almost as much of the rest of Land Rover’s range combined (29,891). In order to meet demand, JLR’s Halewood plant is working around the clock for the first time ever in its 50-year history.

Artist Imagines Sporty Range Rover Evoque R with Supercharged V6


A string of unsubstantiated rumors concerning Land Rover's intent to develop a high-performance version of the Range Rover Evoque provided the inspiration for a digital mockup of what such a model could look like from the crew over at PS-Garage.

The so-called Range Rover Evoque R was envisioned as a three-door model powered by the Jaguar-Land Rover group's newly announced 3.0-liter supercharged V6 delivering up to 375hp (380PS) and 460Nm (339 lb-ft) in the upcoming Jaguar F-Type roadster.

Kahn Design Applies Vesuvius Treatment to Range Rover Evoque


Aftermarket tuning house Kahn Design has borrowed the Vesuvius package first seen on the Range Rover Sport and applied the styling touches on the British firm's smallest model, the Evoque.

The exterior makeover is rather subtle. Aside from the Vesuvius orange finish for the body, the package includes a Matt Pearl Grey color for the center section of the front and rear bumpers and the front and side air vents, plus a new set of 21-inch alloy wheels and brake calipers finished in Vesuvius orange.

Initially delayed by the birth of her daughter, the Range Rover Evoque Special Edition that was created by Victoria Beckham and Land Rover’s design team has finally been unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show.

Land Rover to Spice Up Evoque with Victoria Beckham Special Edition


Now that Victoria Beckham has found some time to finish her work with Land Rover, the British automaker is ready to introduce the first special edition version of the Evoque compact crossover named after the former Spice Girl.

More precisely, Land Rover tells us that the new model is called the "Range Rover Evoque Special Edition with Victoria Beckham", though we'll have to assume that the company will probably put a disclaimer somewhere in the fine print saying that Posh Spice is not actually included with the car…
